AutoPost Service Terms

These AutoPost Service Terms ("AutoPost Terms") supplement the ByteBoss Terms of Service (https://byteboss.ai/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://byteboss.ai/privacy). They apply to your use of AutoPost, the ByteBoss service that takes photos and videos you supply, writes captions and other post text for them, schedules the posts, and publishes them to social media accounts you connect (the "AutoPost Service").

Byte Boss LLC ("ByteBoss," "we," "us," or "our") provides the AutoPost Service. By using it, you agree to these AutoPost Terms in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these AutoPost Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these AutoPost Terms control for the AutoPost Service only. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Description of the AutoPost Service

The AutoPost Service includes:

• Using photos and videos that you supply ("Customer Media") as the basis for your posts.
• Writing captions, hashtags, and other post text for your Customer Media.
• Scheduling your posts and publishing them to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
• Basic operational updates, such as whether a post was published, failed, or is waiting on a reconnection.

The AutoPost Service is built around Customer Media. Creating new images or video for you is not part of the standard AutoPost Service.

2. Plan Limits and Usage

• AutoPost currently includes up to 60 content items per billing cycle.
• You may select up to 3 supported social media platforms.
• Caption writing, scheduling, and publishing are included.
• One content item you supply counts as one AutoPost post, even if it is published to more than one of your selected platforms.
• Posts may be distributed flexibly throughout the billing cycle, subject to platform limitations, account restrictions, and reasonable publishing practices.
• Supported platforms and platform capabilities may change as social media platforms update their products, policies, and developer programs.
• Unused content-item capacity expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over to future billing cycles. If the customer does not provide enough usable media, maintain valid social account connections, or complete required approvals, unused capacity does not carry forward.

3. Connected Accounts and Authorization

You connect social media accounts to the AutoPost Service through each platform's authorized authentication process (such as OAuth). Do not give ByteBoss your social media passwords. ByteBoss will never ask for them.

When you connect a social media account to the AutoPost Service, you:

• Represent that you own the account or are authorized by its owner to connect it and to publish content through it.
• Authorize ByteBoss to access the account and publish content on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant during the connection process.
• Agree that ByteBoss may use service providers and posting tools to deliver content to the platform.

If a connection expires, is revoked, or otherwise becomes invalid, publishing to the affected platform will pause until you reconnect it. ByteBoss may notify you when a reconnection is required.

You may disconnect an account at any time from within the platform's own settings or by contacting us at info@byteboss.ai. Disconnecting stops future publishing to that account but does not remove content that was already published.

4. Your Content and Approvals

You are responsible for all content published through the AutoPost Service, including your Customer Media and the captions and other post text published with it. You agree that:

• You have all rights, licenses, and consents needed for Customer Media and any other content you provide, including permission from any person who appears in it.
• You will review content before approving it for publication, or, if you enable automatic publishing, you accept responsibility for content published without individual review.
• Content will be accurate and will not contain false or misleading claims about your business, pricing, results, or credentials.
• You will tell us promptly if content needs to be corrected or removed.

You grant ByteBoss a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish your content solely to provide the AutoPost Service to you. You retain ownership of your content.

5. AI-Assisted Captions

ByteBoss may use artificial intelligence to help write captions and other post text. The AI-Powered Services section of the Terms of Service applies to the AutoPost Service. In addition, you acknowledge that AI-assisted text may be inaccurate, may resemble text written by others, or may not reflect your brand as intended. ByteBoss does not guarantee that AI-assisted text is unique, error-free, or free of third-party rights. Where a platform or law requires AI-assisted content to be labeled, you are responsible for making sure required labels are applied.

6. Platform Rules

Each social media platform has its own terms, community guidelines, and advertising and branded content policies. You agree to follow them, and you understand that:

• Platforms may remove content, limit reach, or restrict or suspend accounts at their discretion. ByteBoss is not responsible for these decisions.
• Platforms may change or revoke API access, rate limits, or features, which can delay or prevent publishing.
• ByteBoss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform.

7. Prohibited Content

In addition to the acceptable use rules in the Terms of Service, you agree not to use the AutoPost Service to publish content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Makes deceptive health, financial, or performance claims, or promotes regulated goods or services in violation of law or platform policy.
• Impersonates any person or business, or uses a person's name, image, or likeness without permission.
• Contains fake reviews, fake endorsements, or undisclosed paid promotions.
• Is spam, or artificially inflates engagement through automated likes, follows, comments, or similar activity.

ByteBoss may decline to publish, pause, or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these AutoPost Terms, the Terms of Service, platform rules, or the law.

8. Data from Connected Accounts

We collect and use data from connected accounts, such as account names, profile information, authorization credentials issued by the platform, published posts, and publishing status, only to provide, secure, and operate the AutoPost Service. We do not sell data obtained from connected accounts. When you disconnect an account, revoke our access, or your AutoPost Service ends, we stop using that authorization. Any data we retain is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable platform and service-provider requirements.

9. No Guaranteed Results

ByteBoss does not guarantee any level of reach, followers, engagement, leads, or revenue from the AutoPost Service. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, expired permissions, or other causes outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of publishing failures we detect.

10. Subscription and Billing

AutoPost is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown and accepted at checkout. For the current plan, the checkout price is $297 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@byteboss.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or expressly agreed by ByteBoss in writing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in a refund or prorated credit for the current billing cycle. Unless suspended or terminated under these Terms, AutoPost remains available through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

11. Suspension and Termination

ByteBoss may suspend the AutoPost Service, including publishing to any connected account, if you violate these AutoPost Terms or if continued publishing poses legal, security, or reputational risk. Termination of the AutoPost Service does not by itself terminate other Services you receive from ByteBoss.

12. Liability and Indemnification

The disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification sections of the Terms of Service apply to the AutoPost Service. Your indemnification obligations include claims arising from content published through your connected accounts and from your violation of any platform's terms or policies.

13. Changes to These AutoPost Terms

We may update these AutoPost Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the AutoPost Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated AutoPost Terms.
